Yoga Services:

  • One Month Unlimited Yoga Pass
    Pass includes all yoga and meditation classes offered on our website. Pass is not valid for Qigong or MBFC classes.

  • Group Yoga Classes
    Group yoga classes focuses on building a solid yoga foundation by practicing the fundamentals of postures, breathing, and relaxation. We find this balance through the practice of centering, warm-ups, asanas (yoga postures), breathing techniques, and meditation. Students will create a healthy mental and physical state that will reduce stress, promote wellness, and foster a positive sense of well-being. Please be advised to read the description of each class on the group class calendar below to see which class will best suite your level of practice. Advanced classes will indicate in the description if prior yoga experience is necessary.

    75 minute Group Class $12.00 per student

  • Basic Private Yoga Sessions
    The basic private yoga session is for the student that is brand new to yoga. You will learn the basics of yoga so you can comforably join a group class with ease and confidence.

    What you will learn:
    -Breathing
    -Asanas (postures)
    -Basics of meditation

    Once you feel comfortable with the basics you will be encouraged to join one of our group classes. Your private yoga teacher will guide you to the class they feel best suites your level of experience. We love to share yoga with all but to share yoga to a first time student brings even more joy. Sessions can be scheduled as a one time session or a session of six. We look forward to introducing yoga to you.

    75 minute Basic Private Session $55.00 per student

  • Advanced Private Yoga Sessions
    The advanced private yoga session is for the student that wants to utilize yoga as a form of healing or advancement. Each session is specially designed to meet your exact needs.

    We will assist you in meeting the needs of:
    -weight loss
    -increased strength
    -repairing the body from an injury
    -helping with emotional healing

    When you schedule an advanced private session you will sign up for a minimum of 6 weeks of sessions and homework to help you reach your desired goal. Your session will be with the same teacher each week and they will be your guide and person to hold you accountable so you can reach your desired outcome. You can expect to make a plan with your teacher and follow that plan to reach your best life goals. Please call for more information or to schedule you sessions.

Ramona

Ramona Crabtree-Falkner, RYT
Owner & Operator Ananda Center For Yoga & Massage
As a student of yoga Ramona found a peace and inner guidance that was never know before and was drawn to learn more. She has always practice traditional Hatha Yoga and feels that this form of yoga suites her best. Through learning how to close out the world around her and focus within she has learned you can move past anything. Ramona has been practicing yoga for 7 years and teaching for 5 years. Ramona has been training with the Yoga & Health Center of Orlando associated with Yoga Matrix Studio and completed her 200 Hour teaching certification in December 2010. Ramona is furthering her education this year pursuing her 500 Hour Teacher Training with a focus on Yoga Therapy. Ramona has learned so much about yoga and herself through the training and practice of yoga that she was urged to move forward with sharing what she learns with others. Ramona opened Ananda with the intention that we are able to grow together. She loves to practice Yoga and is thankful to be able to share her experience with you. Melissa Antal, RYT

Melissa Antal, Poses for Peace founder and owner, began her journey with yoga over ten years ago when she attended her first class. Since then, she has found peace and health through yoga and hopes to help others do the same. Melissa is a Registered Yoga Teacher (200-hour) and also has a Prenatal Yoga Certification. In addition, she has received her BSBA in Management from the University of West Florida and is a member of International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). She currently teaches group yoga classes at Ananda Center for Yoga & Massage in Winter Garden and is available for private yoga lessons in your home or location of your choice. Melissa will work with each student’s strengths and health condition to ensure an effective, rewarding experience.

Stacy Kornick, LMT, Certified Yoga Instructor
I was introduced to yoga after developing a sports injury almost 13 years ago.  My therapy quickly became a passion as I began to understand the many benefits of yoga not only on the body but on the mind and spirit as well.  My yoga career deepened even further 4 years ago as I acquired my massage therapy license. I am excited to connect with clients as we work together to achieve well being and happiness.

Donna’s focus as an instructor is on you, the participant. This philosophy has developed through Donna’s own experiences with the many benefits of yoga in her life. With the assistance of good instructors, over the last ten years, Donna has learned about the benefits of yoga and how to put them into regular practice to overcome stress, illness, depression, and obesity. She began simply, with yoga videos at home. Then she began taking regular classes from a variety of instructors, and most recently, earned her teaching certificate becoming a certified, insured, yoga instructor. Good training and a variety of different yoga experiences have helped Donna create a class style that sets a calming peaceful atmosphere with a balance of spirituality and exercise. Her ability to focus on you the participant comes from the knowledge that each person has an individual need to feed both the mind and the body to be healthy. So come experience the benefits of a balanced, “you focused” yoga experience.
