Thai Massage is for anyone who loves the presence of meditation in their lives. This massage incorperates yoga style passive streatching with specific energy work to sen lines in the body. All of this is performed in a meditative state for both the client and therapist. The treatment is given to you on a mat in our yoga studio and accompanied by a peaceful soothing music. You can be a regular yoga student or never have experienced yoga before and obtain a great benefit from this style of massage.

One can choose to have a specific portion of the body scrubed or the entire body. The salt glows exfoliate the skin whichremoves dead skina and allows for better skin growth.

Covered in warm mudandessential oils you are wrapped in a cocoon and left to rest for 20 minutes. Once the mud is removed your skin will be hydrated with oil or lotion and you'll walk out of your session as if you were on Cloud 9!

This two and a half hour session in which your body is given a full body Salt Glow, a Mud Wrap and the session will be completed with a one hour Swedish Massage.
